As highlights of the fair were presented: The Vacuum-Cooking-Cutter K 1004 AC-8 with 1000 l bowl capacity. Due to its big batches, the K 1004 AC-8 achieves high throughputs and constant product quality. The newly developed Automatic Mixer-Grinder AMR 1800 has 1800 l hopper capacity and a mixing capacity between 400 and 1200 kg. Along with these high throughputs, the machine produces perfect mixing results and a tight and clear cut. The versatile Universal Grinder AV 250 U effortlessly reduces fresh meat, entire frozen meat blocks down to -25 °C, cooked meat, and other materials, simultaneously or separately. The patented innovative cutting technique of the Vacuum-Emulsifier KK 254 AC-6 is worldwide unique. The vacuum function prolongs the shelf life of the final product and makes an even more intense material reduction possible. The final product tastes more intensely and acquires a tighter bite.
