Maschinenfabrik Seydelmann KG is taking part in over 50 exhibitions per year, covering all five continents.

On each exhibition Seydelmann presents a wide range of their machinery. The high quality of the equipment and the varied product applications of the Seydelmann equipment are evident for all to see.

Prosperous two-story trade-fair appearance by Seydelmann

Once again the IFFA was a raging success for the Maschinenfabrik Seydelmann KG - world’s leading manufacturer of Cutters, Grinders, Mixers and Emulsifiers. The response to the two-story trade-fair booth presented for the first time on the up to now biggest Seydelmann exhibition area with over 500 m 2 was outstanding. The new extra large and well-arranged digital displays and controls served as magnet for spectators. The new Vacuum-High-Efficiency-Cutter K 604 AC-8 as well as the numerous other innovations caused a stir of interest and gathered the international IFFA-audience around the Seydelmann-novelties. Almost the complete machinery range for the industrial sector as well as the handcraft sector was once again exhibited.

Nowadays each modern company has to compete with quality and profitability. For this reason innovations and continuous improvement are decisive for success. During the IFFA 2010 five new High-Efficiency-machines were exclusively presented to the public by Seydelmann. Specialist visitors were able to convince themselves on-location of the ultimate quality of the machines.

The new Seydelmann Cutter K 30 is to be understood as the perfect universal machine for butcheries, supermarkets and large kitchens. For example this machine enables the coarse precutting of meat and fat as well as mixing this material for the processing of minced meat. This way it is possible to obtain minced meat which is very homogenous. This machine is ideally suited for the processing of meat trimmings into meatloaf. Flexible production thanks to smaller batches associated with enormous space-saving.

The High-Efficiency Cutter K 96 was exhibited as further attraction. A machine with utmost ease of operation – developed according to ergonomic aspects. It is possible to transmit a multitude of working steps onto the new 90 liter Cutter K 96. Activities which can be effected by a machine shouldn’t be performed any longer by manpower. Equipped with a hydraulic ejector and a swivel-mounted hydraulic main cover. As usual the machine is equipped with knee switches and for the hydraulic functions additionally with cross switches. Maximal ergonomics and greatest ease of operation.

Naturally also the industrial customers were able to see a representative cross-section of the machine range among others the new Seydelmann 600 liter Vacuum-High-Efficiency-Cutter K 604 AC-8 with vacuum- and/or cooking system. The until now unattained maximum speed is able to achieve a cutting of even the finest cellular structure, not visible to the naked eye. The protein extraction is considerably higher, thus an even better binding of the emulsion is achieved, resulting again in a very compact emulsion. As a positive effect of the previous mentioned a considerably increased addition of ice is to be named. The extremely high release of flavor transferring essences out of the meat leads to a reduced quantity of spices while keeping the taste.

The Automatic Grinder AU 200 S also sparked large interest. This machine was newly developed for the grinding of equally fresh meat as well as frozen meat blocks. The AU 200 S is the ideal machine for factories of medium size where the grinding of frozen meat blocks via an additional Frozen Meat Grinder is not worth it.

The Automatic Grinder AW 300 was also among the presented innovations. This machine is to be understood as extremely strong, big and high efficient machine for large enterprises. This machine processes 7 – 9 tons of frozen meat blocks per hour at a block temperature of minus 25 °C and using an 8 mm hole plate. Fresh meat is being processed with the speediness and cutting quality for which the Seydelmann Automatic Grinders are known.

The newly developed Seydelmann controls are a further innovation as to ease of operation. All relevant working data are easy legible even from a considerable distance thanks to the extra large display of the standard Command 1000 and 1500. The new control Auto-Command 3000 enables automated cutting according to saved recipes and according to fixed values. In the service module maintenance intervals and service intervals are displayed among others. Additionally to the functions of the Auto-Command 3000 the Auto-Command 4000 is equipped with: Data recording, Teach-in function, User administration, Production plan, Recipe calculator, Total consumption, Remote connection.

Traditionally Seydelmann offered once again this year an attractive selection of sausage delicacies made by their own customers. Thus the company provided sustenance for the many spectators.
