Maschinenfabrik Seydelmann becomes cooperation partner of LEMITEC in Kulmbach

Maschinenfabrik Seydelmann supports the training concept of the State Technical School for Food Technology in Kulmbach as a cooperation partner.

Seydelmann supplies a fully equipped vacuum cooking cutter K 124 H to equip the state-of-the-art production area. "Lemitec is one of the most important addresses when it comes to the training of meat technicians and food processing technicians and thus the future managers of the industry. With this cooperation we are happy to support an excellent and future-oriented vocational training," says Andreas Seydelmann, managing partner of Maschinenfabrik Seydelmann KG.

The vacuum cooking cutter K 124 H provides the possibility of working under vacuum, indirect bowl and lid heating and direct steam heating in the roasting chamber. The frequency-controlled infinitely variable main drive allows knife speeds of up to 160 meters per second. The innovative knife system S 24 offers great flexibility in the individual configuration of the knife set and a quick and safe knife change. Like all machines from Seydelmann, the high-performance cutter K 124 H is built according to the latest hygienic standards and completely made of stainless steel. The innovative computer control system Auto Command 4000 Touch allows the fully automatic operation of the machine on the basis of saved recipes and ensures the exact recording of the production steps and raw materials which have been used. This ensures the reproducibility of all results and, thanks to the integrated interface, also the corresponding data transfer to higher and downstream systems, such as ERP software. This is a major step forward for the implementation of Lemitec's research and project orders.

The cutter creates new end products from various raw materials and additives. Many product developments are directly related to the processing technology and performance of this machine. The cutter is integrated into the software network in an industrial company.

Only with the most modern and automated machines a future-proof training can be guaranteed. "The new high-performance cutter outperforms the current state of the art and ensures us a future-proof training. This means that we are already working with the latest technologies today and can thus implement projects that lead to completely new findings," says Thomas Eberle from Lemitec's Meat Processing Technology Department with satisfaction.

Lemitec and Seydelmann are two partners who have always been committed to the same goals and values. The future of the meat industry is based on technology and innovation, which can only be ensured by excellent training and state-of-the-art technology.
