Frozen Meat Grinder GX 400

Thanks to its robust construction and its extremely strong power of motor, the Seydelmann Frozen Meat Grinder GX 400 guarantees a perfect cutting image even when grinding whole frozen meat blocks down to -25 °C (-13 °F). A very high hourly output and a very uniform grain size is achieved with any material.

IFFA 2022

On more than 1,000 square meters of booth space, Maschinenfabrik Seydelmann KG presented visitors to IFFA 2022 with more than 50 machines and two fully automated production lines for the production of meat and meat alternatives.

Interest was particularly peaked by the innovations and further developments, such as the Vacuum-Konti-Kutter KK 144 AC-6, which enables entry into emulsifying with vacuum technology for medium production volumes. Furthermore, the completely redesigned and newly constructed Universal Grinder AW 300 U of the second generation was presented with higher hourly output, lower energy consumption, an even more excellent cutting pattern, and a revised and improved hygienic design. The Seydelmann Cutting Drum, which ensures efficient removal of hard parts and foreign bodies such as plastic particles or film residues, was also a visitor magnet. The Trolley Tumbler VTT 300 X also peaked great interest. In the Trolley Tumbler, the trolley filled with the products to be mixed serves as the mixing container. Loading and emptying of the machine, as with conventional mixers or tumblers, is not necessary. The visitors' curiosity about the revised Vacuum-Cooking-Cutters from Maschinenfabrik Seydelmann made it clear that Hygienic Design continues to be a focus. Here, for example, the seal in the lid and the bowl seal are removable and readjust themselves.

Trolley Tumbler VTT 200 X

The Trolley Tumbler VTT 200 X mixes, tumbles and finishes products even more gently and intensively. The trolley, which serves as a mixing container, is automatically rotated forward and backward with the preset parameters and time settings. This machine can be used flexibly for a wide variety of product applications, guarantees gentle and constant mixing, saves time, and increases productivity.

Automatic Grinder AG 160 with cutting drum

Processing of fresh material in the AG 160 automatic grinder with the cutting drum, which efficiently separates out hard parts and foreign bodies. The conical feeding worm transports the meat pieces to the extended working worm of the cutting drum. The good product is ground in the cylindrical perforated drum. The conical holes guarantee a clear cut. The pneumatic separating device removes cartilage, tendons, bone splinters, and foreign bodies such as plastic parts.

Maschinenfabrik Seydelmann KG @ IFFA 2019

On an exhibition area of more than 1000 m², Maschinenfabrik Seydelmann KG presents again its latest innovations and highlights with more than 40 machines, such as automation solutions and the new automatic mixer grinder AMR 3500 with a hopper capacity of 3500 liters. Further novelties are the powerful universal grinders AU 200 U and AV 250 U, which are presented in the latest generation. They can be used regardless of the starting temperature of the raw material. They grind fresh meat, whole frozen meat blocks down to -25 °C, and other materials simultaneously or separately, regardless of consistency and temperature. Also new to the range is the cutting drum for meat. This cutting system for fresh meat works completely without knives or hole plates. Depending on the hole size, up to 100% of cartilage, tendons, bone splinters and other foreign bodies are sorted out.
As in 2016, the IFFA Kitchen takes place, where the entire process of a sausage production is presented live 3 times a day: Sausage production on the Seydelmann automatic grinder AD 114 with separating set to improve quality and vacuum cooking cutter K 64 AC-8, filling, boiling, packaging and labeling. Each production step is performed and explained live by skilled personnel.

Automatic Grinder AU 200, Mixer MR 1800 and Emulsifier KK 140 AC-6

Production of a boiled sausage "Fleischwurst" with Automatic Grinder AU 200, Mixer MR 1800 and Konti-Kutter KK 140 AC-6. The conical feeding worm of the AU 200 safely transports the material to the strong working worm producing a very clear cut. MR 1800 gently mixes the ground meat with other ingredients like ice and spices and feeds the mix to the KK 140 AC-6. KK 140 AC-6 emulsifies the mixture to a fine and absolutely homogeneous emulsion. 

Universal Grinder AU 200 U

The Universal Grinder AU 200 U easily grinds fresh materials and frozen blocks down to -25 °C (-13 °F) without changing the working worm or the cutting set. A smooth and gentle operation and a clear cut are achieved with any source material.

Production with Universal Grinder AW 300 U and Mixer-Grinder MRU 1800

Fresh and frozen material is processed by the 4-speed feeding worm of the universal grinder AW 300 U and reduced in size by the same working worm and cutting set. Unloading onto a conveyor belt, which transports the material into the MRU 1800 mixer-grinder. The material is mixed gently thanks to the two mixing axes. Spices are added manually, water is added via the water nozzles. The material is discharged via the grinder housing or the hydraulically operated discharge flap.

Industrial Cutter K 1004 AC-8

Production of spicy beef in the vacuum cooking cutter K 1004 AC-8. Loading takes place via a feeding storage, spices are incorporated via the spice hatch. The industrial cutter guarantees first-class material chopping. Chopping under vacuum produces a firm, foam-free sausage meat and the product achieves an even better fineness. Thanks to the hydraulic ejector, the cutter bowl is emptied without residue.

Automatic Mixer-Grinder AMR 2500

The AMR 2500 is perfectly suited for processing high capacities of minced meat, varieties of dry sausage, breakfast sausages, hamburger products etc. It has a long feeding worm in the middle of the hopper bottom, between the mixing axles, which is positioned parallel above the working worm. This ensures fast emptying to the grinder outlet.

IFFA Kitchen 2016

In 2016, live production took place for the first time at the IFFA in Frankfurt in the IFFA Kitchen. Maschinenfabrik Seydelmann KG, as operator of the sausage kitchen, produced meat loaf 3 times a day. The fresh material was pre-ground on the AD 114 automatic grinder. To improve the quality of the final product, a separating set was used to safely remove tendons and hard parts from the meat. The ground material was then chopped on the K 60 AC-8 High Efficiency Cutter and the meat loaf was finished. The baked product was then offered to the visitors for tasting.

Automatic Mixing Grinder AU 200 M

The Automatic Mixing Grinder AU 200 M is a grinder with a mixing device in the hopper above the feeding worm. Up to 14 t/h of meat can be mixed and minced in the AU 200 M in one working step.

Automatic Grinder AD 114 and High Efficiency Cutter K 60 AC-8

The 2-speed conic feeding worm of the AD 114 transports the material to the 2-speed working worm for gentle processing. The K 60 AC-8 with 6 speeds fowards and 2 mixing speeds backwards reliably cuts and mixes and always gets the best out of every material.

Tortilla Rework

Seydelmann machines are also suitable for other areas of application in addition to the processing and production of meat products. For example, the vacuum cutters can easily process products from the confectionery and bakery sector. Rejects from tortilla production are reduced to powder within a very short time and can then be reused for further processing.

Automatic Grinder AE 130/3

Frozen cubes are conveyed to the 2-speed working worm of the Automatic Grinder AE 130-3 without bridging thanks to the conical feeding worm. The working worm processes the frozen material without any problems. It results in a clear cut.

Toast Rework

Seydelmann machines are also suitable for other areas of application in addition to the processing and production of meat products. For example, the vacuum-cutters can easily process products from the confectionery and bakery sector. Broken toast slices are reduced to powder within a very short time and can subsequently be reused for further processing.

Vacuum-Cooking-Cutter K 604 AC-8

The Vacuum-Cooking-Cutter K 604 AC-8 with up to 8 extremely fast knives is a versatile high-performance machine, designed to process various kinds of materials. Its vacuum function allows the extraction of high amounts of meat protein and extends the shelf-life of the final product. 

Automatic Grinder AD 114

The Automatic Grinder AD 114 with a 100 l content has a strong working worm and a wide conical feeding worm. The feeding worm transports the material safely and gently to the working worm. Up to 25 kg can be mixed in the hopper because the feeding worm is equipped with a backwards gear.
