The machine housing is completely closed and features an integrated ventilation system. The complete machine body, all functional parts and the bowl are made of stainless steel. The machine is equipped with stepless knife shaft and mixing speed (for- or backwards) as well as an automatic switch-off either by preset temperature or numbers of bowl turns.
