Rems-Murr butchers' guild visits Seydelmann

This year's annual general meeting of the Rems-Murr Butchers' Guild took place at the Seydelmann KG machine factory in Aalen. Prior to the general meeting, a trip to the machine manufacturer's production halls was on the agenda. At the Seydelmann customer center, the members were also given exciting insights into innovative technologies and modern production processes in the meat processing sector.

At the beginning of the event, Andreas Seydelmann, Managing Partner of Maschinenfabrik Seydelmann, presented the company and current technical innovations in the field of meat processing. Particular emphasis was placed on developments in the field of automation and increased efficiency, while at the same time ensuring the highest product quality. The participants showed great interest in the innovations presented and their practical application in the butcher's trade.

The presentation was followed by a tour of the company's various production areas. The guests were able to experience the creation of modern machines at first hand - from mechanical production to assembly and final inspection. The tour not only provided a comprehensive overview of the vertical range of manufacture, but also of the high quality and precision of production. The visitors were particularly impressed by the know-how and the amount of craftsmanship that goes into the machines.

A special highlight was the joint production of meat loaf in the Seydelmann customer center. Among other things, the automatic mincer with cutting drum and the K 64 vacuum cutter were used. The participants were able to experience the machines for themselves and convince themselves of their efficiency and user-friendliness. The practical demonstration was met with great enthusiasm.

The day concluded with the general meeting of the Rems-Murr butchers' guild. In a pleasant atmosphere, current topics and challenges of the butcher's trade were discussed, the course for the future was set and a collegial exchange was cultivated.

The event was a complete success and offered a successful mix of information, practice and community.
