Loading device for big boxes
The powerhouse for fast and efficient loading is now available in an improved design: The loading device for big boxes features a solid stainless steel machine frame and can be individually adapted to different container sizes. By using belts (toothed belts with stainless steel tension members) instead of chains, the operation takes place without lubricants above the product area. Corresponding contamination risks and maintenance are thus eliminated.
All components in the product area are made of stainless steel or approved durable plastics. The typical Seydelmann “Hygienic design” is characterized by polished/ rounded and sloping surfaces, that allow better water drainage, and a welded construction without hollow sections, tubes and dead spaces, and is also found in the loading device. With a multitude of additional options it can be customized and adapted to one's own wishes and needs.
