The complete system for sausage production consists of four fully automatic lines with a total of 49 machines including the corresponding conveyor technology and will be installed on an area of 1,100 square meters.
Each of the lines will be completed by a K 1004 vacuum cooking cutter. To ensure a continuous production process, it will be fed via a ZS 1000 feeding hopper
The entire plant is highly automated and all production data and quantities of raw material are centrally recorded to improve traceability. It is also designed to be expandable. It is characterized by high flexibility and the possibility of quick product changes and is suitable for the production of cooked, boiled and dry sausages.
